Got the deposit confirmation email within minutes, which put me at ease right away. The anime face statue looks incredible in the photos, and I'm already counting down the days until the full piece arrives.

Was a little nervous about putting down a deposit on a pre-order, but the process was smooth and the confirmation came through fast. The add-on slot for the anime face is exactly what I needed to secure this piece. Really impressed with how easy the whole thing was.

Finally put down the deposit and the process was smooth — no hiccups at all. The anime face sculpt looks amazing in the photos, can't wait to see it in person.
