The resin and PU mix feels properly hefty for the size, and the transparent effect pieces on the base catch the light in a way photos just don't capture. The bundle with the LED base is worth the extra wait since the glow on the Metagross silhouette is genuinely striking.

The LED lighting on the base really brings out the transparent details of the Metagross — it’s a massive display piece at 44cm tall. I was worried about the resin cracking during shipping, but the PU mix feels solid and it arrived flawless from the pre-order.

The resin and PU build feels surprisingly sturdy for such a large piece, and the transparent effect base catches the light beautifully. The 2-in-1 bundle with LED adds a nice glow without being too distracting at night.
