I was nervous about the size, but the 1/20 scale Mega Charizard Y with the special effect pieces takes up the perfect amount of shelf space and the rock base is wider than I thought it'd be. Assembly was straightforward, and the flame effects slot in snugly without any wobble.

The resin feels dense and premium in hand, and the rock base’s 37cm length gives it a solid museum-like presence. Mega Charizard Y’s 22.4cm wingspan is massive for a 1/20 scale, and the flame pieces slot in without any wobble. Took about two weeks to arrive, but the wait was worth it for the detail

The special effect pieces really make this pop — the flame and energy swirls add a lot of presence even at 1/20 scale. Rock base is heavy and grips the shelf nicely, so it feels stable despite the wide footprint.
